Generating Reports
With Online Servicing, you can easily generate predefined and custom reports – giving you valuable insight into your Book of Business and individual client contracts.
Getting Started
Log in to your brighthousefinancialpro.com account and launch Online Servicing.
You can access your Book of Business in two ways: in the navigation bar near the top of the screen or in the main details area.
When your Book of Business opens, you will see a group of drop-down menus at the top of the page: Select Filter, Select a Report, Download, and Clear Filters.
Book of Business: Generating Predefined Reports
To create a predefined report, use the
Select a Report drop-down menu to choose the type of report you’d like to create.
To select report criteria, choose values from Available Riders and click the arrow to add it to Selected Riders.
Use the Export drop-down menu to export the report as either a PDF or Excel file.
Select Create to download the report.
Book of Business: Generating Custom Reports
To create a custom report, use the Select a Report drop-down menu to select Custom Report.
Choose the type of contract, annuity or life insurance, you want to feature in your report.
To select report criteria, choose values from Available Fields and click the arrow to add it to Selected Fields.
Next, choose to export the report as either a PDF or Excel file.
Select Create to download the report.

From your Book of Business, select an individual contract to view.
Use the I want to drop-down menu to export a Contract Details Report as a PDF file.
