Register Your Account
To begin using Brighthouse Financial Online Servicing, you’re required to register your account. Registration is quick, simple, and helps keep your information safe.
Step 1
Select Log In from the upper-right navigation on this screen.
Step 2
Select Create New Login.
Step 3
Review the Terms of Use and select Financial Professional.
Step 4
Enter your Social Security number, email address of record, last name, and date of birth, then select Access Account.
Step 5
Once your account has been located, enter a new username and password. Choose and fill out three security questions, then select Next.
Step 6
Select I Consent to continue.
Step 7
A confirmation link will be sent to your email address. Use the link to verify your account and log in.
